1. Why should I purchase my funeral plan before it is needed?
The best reason to pre-arrange your future funeral is to relieve the emotional burden from those you love. You
know what you will want done, and they may not. Why leave them to agonize over what they "think" you wanted.
The second reason to pre-arrange your future funeral is to relieve the financial responsibility from your loved ones.
You can choose to handle the funding in advance with many plans, options and advantages for you.
The third reason is to lock in the price. The consumer price index has risen approximately 5-6% over the past five
years. The average cost of funerals are up about 21% during that same five year period.
2. Why should I use your funeral service company instead of a "regular" funeral home?
Our company provides full and personalized services with quality name-brand merchandise, just as many
reputable funeral homes do,... but, we have chosen to offer the families we serve, a dramatically lower pricing
structure. You get to choose exactly what you want and only pay for what you choose. Our goal is to help you
"Leave Memories, Not Debt" sm.
3. Your company is still relatively new.....What happens to my funeral plan and my money
paid in to that plan if you don't make it as a company?
Now in our eighth year, many of the "new" hurdles have been overcome and we continue to grow and make the
kind of plans that will keep us around for quite some time. But you are correct, life is truly unpredictable. We may
be a "newer" company, but our staff has been in the funeral business more than 25 years and we care about you.
That is why our pre-arranged funeral plans are covered by solid, insurance companies, and your money is under
your control. There are big advantages to pre-funding a funeral with insurance. There are great benefits to you
personally and the added option to "freeze" the current pricing of the items you choose. Should you decide to
change your mind and choose another funeral provider later on, the money you have paid into this type of plan is
still yours to determine a final payout place. It is also a great asset tool regarding ever growing tax burdens. The
same law applies in reverse.
If you have previously purchased a funeral plan elsewhere, the law states that you have the right to use that funeral
plan wherever you choose. If you have a paid up plan through another funeral home, and your family chooses to
use that paid up plan with our funeral service company instead, and that paid up plan has excessive funding,... your
family will receive a refund of those extra funds at the time of need. Our purpose is to serve you fully, giving you the
opportunity to "Leave Memories, Not Debt" sm
